Role at a glance

Primary responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth within plastics and broader industrial markets
- Manage and expand key accounts while prospecting and closing new business
- Spot opportunities in established and emerging applications
- Provide technical expertise and application support; lead on‑site trials through successful implementation
- Apply data‑driven problem solving to customer challenges
- Convert customer feedback into product improvements in partnership with internal teams
- Represent the company at domestic and international trade shows
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field
Experience
- B2B sales or technical background in industrial markets
- Experience with plastics processing, industrial lubricants, cleaners, or coatings strongly preferred
Skills & traits
- Excellent communicator who earns trust across technical and non‑technical audiences
- Self‑directed, organized, and effective at managing a territory
- Consultative, strategic seller who aligns solutions to customer needs
- History of meeting growth targets and building new business
Travel
Domestic and international travel as needed.
