ABOUT THE POSITION:
Longstanding practice with 3 doctors, 8 hygienists, and 14 fully equipped operatories
Fully digital workflow with upgraded technology: iTero, CBCT, digital X-rays, intraoral cameras
80% PPO / 20% FFS patient base – no Medicaid
High patient demand: 20–30 new patients per month
4.2M+ in annual collections
General, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry with in-house Invisalign and implants
Supportive team culture with mentorship opportunities
GPR or AEGD preferred
Schedule: Full-time or part-time options
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$200,000–$350,000 annual earning potential
Strong daily minimum + % of collections
