The Role

As Finance & Insurance Manager, you'll guide customers through one of the most important parts of their vehicle purchase while helping the dealership achieve its financial goals.

You'll be responsible for:

• Presenting financing and leasing options
• Presenting F&I products, service contracts, and vehicle protection products
• Working with banks and lenders to secure financing
• Structuring transactions to maximize profitability
• Ensuring accurate completion of all finance and lease documentation
• Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Building strong relationships with customers and lending partners
• Working closely with the sales team and management
• Creating a smooth, professional, and memorable customer experience
• Staying current on lender programs, F&I products, and industry best practices

The Person We're Looking For

Ford or other franchise dealership F&I experience is strongly preferred.
