Pay Rate: $17.34 / Hour

DayTimeWed05:30 AM - 01:30 PMThur05:30 AM - 05:00 PMFri07:00 AM - 01:30 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and patients by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related duties appropriate to a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas to help support authorized access, observe for policy violations, and document security-related incidents in accordance with site procedures.
- Assist with emergency response activities, de-escalation support, and detailed report writing related to incidents, observations, and/or daily operations at the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
