Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Represent municipalities, elected officials, authorities, and private clients on various municipal and land use matters.
• Attend and participate in public and client meetings, including municipal boards, planning commissions, zoning hearings, and other related proceedings.
• Advocate for clients in hearings, trials, appeals, and quasi-judicial proceedings.
• Draft legal documents, such as agreements, applications, ordinances, zoning decisions, and legal opinions.
• Maintain consistent client communication and provide timely updates on case developments.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar admission in Pennsylvania.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal practice experience.
• Strong initiative and ability to handle matters independently.
• Proven ability to develop business and maintain client relationships.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
