As a **Security Professional - Telecom Patrol Driver** in **Allentown, PA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for conducting routine unarmed patrols in a dynamic technology and media environment. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a strong presence and supporting access control measures throughout the location. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to appropriate management and/or authorities.
+ Help to deter unauthorized individuals from accessing restricted areas through visible presence and adherence to protocols.
+ Assist with access control procedures, including verifying identification and monitoring entry points as required by site-specific guidelines.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences while on duty.
+ Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and on-site staff to promote a secure environment within the tech, media, and telecom setting.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
