Strategic Marketing Liaison

:

Endura Paint, North America's coatings leader in Industrial and Protective technology, take pride in fostering strong partnerships with our distributors, and to enhance our collaborative efforts, we are in search of a dynamic marketing representative for the Philadelphia area. The qualified candidate will focus on creating distributor marketing materials and brochures, developing solid relationships with our distributors while working closely with our internal sales team to ensure alignment with market needs.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to support distributors, ensuring coherence with overall company objectives.
• Create visually appealing and compelling marketing materials, brochures, and sales collateral that effectively communicate our brand's value propositions.
• Conduct on-site visits and meetings with distributors to understand their unique needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to distributors on effectively utilizing and leveraging marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to gather crucial product specifications and insights for content creation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Fluent knowledge of current Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.
• Willingness to travel 25-30 weeks a year across the United States
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with a keen eye for design and messaging.
• Presentable and articulate, excellent customer service, strong verbal and written communication
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work with a team as well as independently
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must pass a hair drug/toxins test and a background check

Salary: $40-43k yearly, with a competitive bonus structure.
