Omnichannel Marketing Experience:

• Proven history implementing marketing platforms-especially SAS CI360--across email, SMS, push, mobile, web, direct mail, search and social channels.

• Understanding of how to orchestrate cross-channel journeys and measure unified engagement.

Platform Expertise:

• Certified or deeply experienced with SAS CI360.

Data Integration & Management

Tagging & Digital Data Collection

API Integration and Custom Development

• Capable of integrating APIs for:

  • Connecting to systems/tools internal to client, but external/non-native to SAS CI360 (e.g. CRM tools).

  • Non-native activation channels (SMS, email social media platforms, etc.)

Security & Privacy Compliance:

• Familiar with data governance best practices

• Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)

Testing & QA Framework

Reporting & Optimization:

• Ability to configure platform-native and external analytics tools

• Understanding of:

  • Funnel analysis

  • Attribution modeling

  • Campaign performance optimization

  • Integration with BI tools (e.g. SAS Visual Analytics, Tableau, Power BI)

Technical Requirements Checklist:
