In-Home Sales Consultant (High-Ticket, Commission)
Do you enjoy meeting new people, guiding conversations, and helping homeowners make confident decisions?
Dino Painting is seeking driven, professional sales representatives ready to grow their income and career in residential sales. If you’re comfortable sitting at the dinner table discussing $20,000–$30,000 home improvement projects, this role may be a great fit.
This position involves no cold calling, no door knocking, and no pressure selling . Leads are provided, and you’ll follow a proven sales system with training.
Compensation:$105,000 - $145,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Meet homeowners for in-home painting estimates
- Build trust and guide clients through the decision-making process
- Present clear, professional proposals
- Follow up and close sales opportunities
- Use CRM software to stay organized
- Coordinate smooth handoff of sold projects to production
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- 1 year of sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing $20,000–$30,000 home improvement projects
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs
- Self-motivated, organized, and follow-up oriented
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
