Front of House Lead

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Lead to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
• Lead and motivate front-of-house staff through effective training, ongoing development, and performance management to ensure top-tier service delivery
• Oversee food preparation processes related to customer orders, ensuring quality standards are met while adhering to food safety regulations
• Learn and help manage POS system (Toast) for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling procedures
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guests leave with a positive impression of their experience
• Assist in shift management by scheduling staff, overseeing opening and closing procedures, and maintaining operational efficiency during busy hours

Experience

• Proven supervisory or management experience within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
• Background in food service management with a focus on customer service excellence in casual dining or fine dining settings
• Hands-on experience
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety protocols, and inventory control practices
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop team members effectively while fostering a positive work environment

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
