Accounts Payable Coordinator (Part Time)
Role Overview:
- Contract Role: 9 months
- Pay: $26.14/hr on W2
- 24 hours/week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
- Perform accurate data entry and processing for invoices, procurement records, and project documentation while maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Manage vendor records, ensure compliance with company standards, resolve issues, and act as a reliable liaison between internal teams and external partners.
- Respond to inquiries, generate system reports on spending against purchase orders, projects, and budgets, and track outstanding approvals and deliverables.
- Deliver proactive project administration support, maintaining clear documentation and working effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration (or a related field) along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, procurement, or project support role.
- Demands proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel for budget tracking and pivot tables—with preferred familiarity in software like SAP, Oracle, or MS Project.
- Highlights strong organizational, analytical, and time-management capabilities to handle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Emphasizes excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability.
