Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team!

There is no experience needed but it's preferred for this position. We provide a training program for all unexperienced employees.

A Day in the Life of an Automotive Sales Consultant (but not limited to):

• Approaching and talking to customers who enter the dealership lot

• Listening and asking questions to determine the customer's needs and wants in a vehicle

• Provide knowledgeable information and demonstrate features of suitable inventory

• Ensure the customer understands the paperwork, warranty, and vehicle's

• Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts

• Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with current and previous customers

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Valid Driver's License

• HS Diploma or Equivalent

• Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people daily.

• Ability to contact customers, complete sales, and manage other tasks independently

• Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
