Our Summer Internship Program
An internship with us gives you the opportunity to work side by side with passionate problem solvers on powerful and fulfilling work. This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions team, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to provide better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry. Key Job Responsibilities:(Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following)
- Support the Account Planning initiative
- Assist in resolving login and assignment issues
- Generate/review and distribute reports on a weekly and monthly basis; analysis of reporting to showcase engagement gaps
- Process personnel documentation and generate/distribute rosters
- Participate in meetings and conference calls, as required
- Coordinate/communicate with internal departments and Field Staff as required
Education
- BA/BS degree in progress
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong oral/written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Aptitude towards usage of automated systems (learning management, expense reporting, travel administration, etc.)
Candidates must be a minimum of a Rising Junior and currently enrolled full time in Spring/Summer or Spring/Fall ’26 semesters. The Commercial Summer Intern Program runs from May 18, 2026 to August 7, 2026 and all positions will work full time (up to 40 hours per week).
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidate’s semesters completed in school.
