(UHS), is looking for a patient‑focused experienced Licensed Telehealth Therapist (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. We are looking for innovative clinicians who are committed to providing exceptional patient care from the convenience of your own home. The Clinician will provide a variety of clinical services including individual therapy, family therapy and virtual group therapy to clients of all ages.

Telehealth Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote tele‑video one‑on‑one psychotherapy, assessing new client histories, and determining appropriate treatment options in collaboration with the patient and other mental health professionals.
• Consult with the Clinical Manager on the development and facilitation of program activities to ensure an optimal therapeutic experience for all patients.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and circumstances.
• Conduct and document ongoing assessment of patient progress on approved platforms.
• Evaluate and document the effectiveness of patient teaching, therapy interventions, and patient responses.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure in the state of California.
• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, behavioral health, or a related field.
• Active clinical licensure and experience (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC).
• Comfortable with technology and distance‑based management of patients.
• Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy/counseling.
