Job Details

The Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) Operations Specialist will be responsible for the development and execution of GPO Specialty specific projects. Assist with the implementation and pull through of GPO related communication efforts as well as provide analytics and support to the field team on GPO related matters when needed. This is a fully remote position in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and maintenance of Specialty GPO tools for the utilization of sales pull-through and Scorecard compliance.

• Train GPO personnel on the utilization of Specialty GPO specific customer relations tools including rebate tracker, report card progress tracker, web-based tools, and other resources as they are developed.

• Assist in the oversight of the implementation of service opportunities that relate to the GPO and further the company’s overall business intent.

• Travels as required to understand /assist with the demands of the GPO to manage and maintain customer relationships.

• Track and execute Specialty GPO related contract deliverables as assigned.

• Assist in the development of specific Specialty GPO tools and dashboards to continue development and to promote our mission and organizations goals.

• Provide support when needed around the preparation, execution, and onsite management of Specialty GPO specific events and other strategic initiatives.

• Provide support to Specialty GPO membership for a variety of customer relation needs as requested.

• Responsible for the reporting and management of Specialty GPO customers through collaboration with Contracts and Membership department. This includes rebate tracking and communication, and managing the financial processes related to new GPO accounts.

• Assist in the management of internal communication regarding the Specialty GPOs, including meeting communication, sales and contract communication, and general GPO Specialty communication.

Education and Work Experience

• Requires completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.

• Requires a minimum of four (4) years of operations and customer relations experience.

• This individual should have experience creating, implementing and managing processes to ensure department/company goals are met.

Salary Range*

$74,000 - 105,820

• This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
