Job Description

Keller Bros. Auto Company is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Automotive Internet Sales Representative to help connect online customers with the perfect vehicle. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to follow up quickly and effectively on digital leads. You'll play an essential role in ensuring every online inquiry turns into an in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and chat messages
• Build rapport with customers through email, phone, and text communication
• Set and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership
• Maintain CRM records with accurate and detailed notes
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handoffs
• Follow up on unsold leads and develop long-term customer relationships
• Meet and exceed dealership goals for appointments and conversions

Qualifications

• Prior internet or automotive sales experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer and CRM proficiency
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
