Step Into a Day as an IQC Technician
Start your shift by suiting up and entering a pristine GMP cleanroom. You’ll move from dock to lab bench—verifying incoming raw materials and components, pulling representative samples, and running inspections that keep products aligned with rigorous regulatory and customer standards. You’ll document what you find, flag what doesn’t look right, and partner with operations and other teams to resolve issues fast—all while keeping the workspace safe, organized, and inspection‑ready.
What You’ll Do- Inspect, sample, and test incoming raw materials and components following GMP and SOP requirements.
- Verify that materials conform to regulatory and customer specifications through structured quality inspections.
- Operate within GMP cleanroom environments, adhering to gowning, cleaning, and contamination control procedures.
- Identify, document, and communicate quality discrepancies or damaged materials promptly.
- Collaborate with operations and cross‑functional partners to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions.
- Initiate and maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
- Assist with investigations, error tracking, and corrective actions.
- Tag, segregate, and document materials appropriately when quality concerns arise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Provide professional communication to internal teams and external customers.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience in a GMP‑regulated environment required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information and make sound quality decisions.
- Experience in warehouse or distribution environments preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in warehouse environments with varying temperatures, including refrigerated, frozen, controlled room temperature, and ambient areas.
- Ability to work on concrete floors for extended periods.
