• Starting Salary: $600,000 to $650,000
• Signing Bonus: $100,000
• Salary plus production model with top income potential.
• 4‑Day Work week or Flexible Schedules available.

Harrisburg Practice Structures

• 3 Practice Structures Available
• UroHospitalist 7on/7off. 177 Bed Hospital.
• Outpatient Only Urology Practices available.
• Traditional Inpatient w/ Outpatient Practice Structure with Paid Call
• Growing Practice with ability to Subspecialty up to 75%
• Top 90th Income Potential.
• Turn‑key practices with ability for a physician to walk into 10,000 – 12,000 RVUs per year.
• Join four (4) other urologists and four (4) physician assistants.
• Opening for physicians with General Urology skills and all Subspecialties encouraged to apply.
• Robotic Surgery available/not required.
• A physician could walk into 10,000 – 12,000 RVUs per year.
• Many Urologists enjoy 3 Days Surgery and 2 Days Clinic. Alternate schedules available.
• Call 1:6 or better. On‑call doctor covers inpatient consults during their call week. Call is taken one week at a time. When on‑call, you have a free week from the Clinic and OR Surgery. This schedule and setup are being replaced by the UroHospitalist program, which is being built and will become a No‑Call practice once established.
