HR Generalist

A growing, high-end landscape company is seeking an organized, approachable HR & Recruiting Coordinator. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus. This in-person role focuses on local candidate outreach, onboarding, clear employee communication, and fostering a supportive, inclusive workplace culture across both field operations and office teams.

Responsibilities

Recruiting & Outreach

• Lead recruitment for field labor, trades, and operational roles, engaging candidates through local community networks, referral programs, and social media.

• Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring efforts in English and Spanish.

• Develop grassroots sourcing strategies within the local Chester County labor market.

Onboarding & Employee Communication

• Coordinate the onboarding process: new hire paperwork, orientations, first-day check-ins, and policy/safety reviews.

• Serve as the primary bilingual communication bridge for English- and Spanish-speaking team members.

• Ensure new hires feel welcomed, informed, and aligned with company culture.

HR Support & Company Culture

• Handle foundational HR tasks: maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, offboarding, and basic policy guidance.

• Drive retention and engagement initiatives through routine check-ins, recognition programs, and team communication.

• Partner with leadership to promote a respectful, accountable, and supportive work environment.
