Job Title: RMA Specialist

Job Description

The RMA Specialist is responsible for processing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) by verifying serial code numbers on Apple products. This role involves light packing of products upon serial number verification, requiring basic computer skills and the ability to read labels using magnifying tools when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Verify serial code numbers on Apple products in a bright work area, occasionally using magnifying tools.
• Perform light packing of products after serial numbers are verified.
• Package Apple products in designated boxes, ensuring all accessories are correctly placed.
• Utilize automatic machines to plastic wrap and label boxes.
• Reset and scrub Apple products, including MacBooks, tablets, and VR headsets, by following instruction sheets.

Essential Skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read small print.
• Comfortable using a computer.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CARLISLE, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.30 - $17.30/hr.
