Assistant sales manager

The Assistant Sales Manager is the corner stone of our 5 star office.

They help our patients handle their financial obligations for their care ( $0 to $20,000) assisting patients with their care plans, patient financing companies, credit cards, cash or check, helping schedule patients, directing patient flow, answering phone calls, and executing our systems in the office for a remarkable patient experience.

The Assistant Sales Manager will work hand in hand with the clinic owner/doctor and front desk to ensure the the office flows smoothly, profitably and delivers 5 star service,

You will receive a healthy base salary with bonuses for meeting production goals - so as we grow, you grow.

The Assistant Sales Manager will have a high emotional intelligence and be able to pleasantly work with and help our patients and doctors.

They will have exceptional multitasking skills, an ability and willingness to learn and be coached for success, an ability to easily converse with a multitude of people, handling concerns and upsets with warmth and kindness.

The Assistant Sales Manager will posses intelligence and be driven with a minimum of 3 years experience.

Our patients routinely travel from hours away because of how they are treated by doctors and staff, and many of our current employees drive an hour or more to be able to participate in helping our patients heal and our practice grow.
