• Job Title: Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel
• Location: Scranton, PA 18510 (Northeastern Pennsylvania healthcare jobs)
• Facility Setting: Cardiac Catheterization Lab
• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing
• Start Date: August 18, 2025
• End Date: November 16, 2025
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2360 - $2420

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (Pennsylvania RN license preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or interventional cardiology setting
• BLS certification (American Heart Association required)
• ACLS certification preferred
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospital environment

Cath Lab RN Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures and cardiovascular interventions
• Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after cardiac procedures
• Administer medications, provide patient education, and support patient recovery
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure adherence to hospital safety protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical support as needed in the Cath Lab
