Location: TBM Hardwoods, Hanover, PA

TBM Hardwoods is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Order Processor to support order processing, warehouse, and production operations. This role involves reviewing customer orders, measuring materials, and preparing orders accurately for production or shipment.

We are looking for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable working hands-on with materials while following detailed instructions.

What You Will Do

• Review and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Read and interpret order instructions and specifications
• Measure materials using a tape measure and confirm dimensions
• Perform basic math calculations related to order requirements
• Sort, organize, and package materials according to order specifications
• Enter and review order information using basic computer systems
• Ensure orders are accurate and ready for production or shipment
• Maintain organized and accurate order records
• Work closely with team members to support workflow and production timelines

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals)
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written instructions and execute tasks precisely
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
• Forklift experience is a plus (training may be provided)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to perform hands-on work including sorting and packaging materials

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Overtime available
