Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• All Shifts Available
• Perform bead welding and spot welding on metal components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.
• Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect welded parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and gauges.

Welder Qualifications:

• Experience with resistance spot welding and MIG welding, Previous welding, manufacturing, or metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
