POSITION OVERVIEW

Our Philadelphia office is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who is looking for sophisticated work, autonomy, flexibility, and a clear path for professional growth within a highly respected regional law firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.

• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparation.

• Represent insurers, self-insured entities, and corporate clients in a variety of liability matters.

• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive motions, briefs, and reports.

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide proactive case management.

• Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to achieve successful outcomes for clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Active PA/NJ law license.

• 3-5 years of insurance defense litigation experience.

• Experience handling automobile liability matters strongly preferred.

• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to independently manage cases while working effectively as part of a team.
