We're seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to support our growing team and help us continue to build a positive, productive workplace. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations
- Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for technicians, service staff, and office personnel
- Partner with management to foster a high-performance culture
- Handle benefits administration and employee records
- Support health & safety programs specific to an automotive environment
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in the automotive sectors
- Dealer Track and/or Isolved experience helpful
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
