IA2 Cloud Engineer Internship 2024

The Innovation, Analytics, and Automation (IA2) Cloud Engineer Internship offers a unique opportunity to work with various SAP products and technologies across many industry segments. As an intern, you will play a pivotal role in our team's success, taking responsibility for the high-quality delivery of tasks.

Your role will involve analyzing complex business processes, conducting root cause analyses, and optimizing performance in heterogeneous system landscapes. Additionally, you will learn and help drive innovation using industry model solutions, SAP Best Practices, and agile implementation methods leveraging SAP products, focusing on SAP Cloud products and architecture.

Technical Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Web Technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS)

• Knowledge of Relational Database Management (SQL)

• Experience or strong interest in SAP Cloud products

• Comfortable working in a virtual/remote environment

• Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Outlook)

• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Soft Skills:

• Ability to thrive in a team/cooperative environment

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in root cause analysis

• Excellent written and presentation skills

• Self-motivated individual with a passion for continuous learning ("learn it all" mentality)

• Strong virtual communication and etiquette

• Ability to manage time and tasks effectively in a remote work setting

Educational Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

• Must be currently pursuing or have recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering from a college or university offering college credit

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
