Operations Specialist

Position: Operations Specialist (Data Entry & Trade Document Coordinator)

Full-Time: 40 Hours

Location: Scranton, PA 18507

Contract Assignment: 3/31/32025 - 9/30/2025

Pay Range: $19.77 hourly, paid weekly.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our team as a Data Entry & Trade Document Coordinator . This role involves handling trade-related documents with precision, ensuring proper registration and sorting within our workflow management system, and supporting various internal teams in processing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mail Opening : Review and open incoming mail, ensuring timely processing of documents.
• Document Sorting : Categorize and organize documents by product type, ensuring accuracy in the workflow.
• Data Entry : Accurately input data from documents into the trade management system.
• Courier Label Creation : Generate and attach courier labels for document shipments.
• Regular Mail Distribution : Process and distribute regular mail promptly and accurately.
• Investigation Work : Conduct necessary investigations to resolve document discrepancies or issues.
• High-Volume Work : Handle a high volume of documents with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Multitasking : Effectively manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration : Work closely with team members and internal stakeholders to meet document processing requirements.
• Overtime : Flexibility to work overtime if needed to meet deadlines or workload demands.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Monday : 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Tuesday to Friday : 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Location : In-office position.
