Machine Operator

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish? We are looking for a Machine Operator. You’ll be responsible for operating automated and semi-automated machinery to create high-quality components. Seeking 1–2 years in a manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs. A "safety-first" attitude and a keen eye for detail.

salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating machinery.
• Ensure the flow of production by monitoring equipment, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, values workplace safety, and possesses a "hands-on" mechanical aptitude.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working weekends
