Role Summary

Install, place, finish, and repair concrete across residential and commercial scopes including flatwork, decorative/stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, footers, small retaining walls, stairs, curbs, and walls. Maintain finish quality, production, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow Directions and accomplish tasks set out by foreman while communicating obstacles early.
• Assist Foreman with various designated tasks and help lead and train crew members.
• Perform labor tasks such as moving, storing, and applying materials.
• Drive single‐axle dump trucks; tow trailers (20’ experience a plus).
• Arrive onsite at scheduled times and participate in safety and quality checks.
• Apply finishing skills including float, trowel, edging, jointing, screeding, rubbing, curing.
• Document daily quantities, weather, photos, forming, pouring, finishing and saw‐cut timing, curing.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• DOT medical card or ability to obtain.
• Ability to pass drug test.
• Ability to read tape measure & hand tools.
• Ability to read plans/specifications.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Ability to set grades independently.
• Ability to form flatwork, ADA ramps, patios, stairs, curbs, walls, concrete footers.
• Decorative/stamped/exposed aggregate experience.
• Own basic hand tools; company provides power tools.
• Trailer towing: CDL preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, positive attitude, willingness to learn.

Experience & Skill Tiers

• 0–1 yrs basics.
• 1–2 yrs simple forms/grades.
• 3–5 yrs independent finisher.
• 5–7+ yrs complex work/lead support.

Compensation & Benefits

• $24–$32/hr DOE.
• Some Prevail Wage Projects
