SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Program Director of Workforce Planning will lead the design, development, and execution of strategies that ensure our health system is prepared to meet both current and future workforce needs. This role is responsible for building sustainable pipelines of talent, cultivating relationships with educational institutions, community organizations, and vendor partners, and aligning workforce initiatives with the system's long-term strategic goals. The Program Director will serve as a key thought partner to senior leadership, providing insights into workforce trends, healthcare labor market dynamics, and innovative pipeline solutions. They will also oversee all workforce development work, including COM partnership with student programming, affiliation agreements, and the work of the workforce development coordinator. Partnership with VP of HR, talent acquisition team, operational leaders, HR operations, and COM will be paramount.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field

  • Minimum five (5) years of related experience

  • Demonstrated success building workforce pipelines and/or community partnerships in healthcare or a closely related industry.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Master's Degree

  • Clinical operations knowledge within healthcare
