This is a hybrid role based out of Newtown Square, PA. Hybrid is 3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remote.
What you’ll do:
This is an opportunity to join the Hyperscaler Capacity Management Team within the Strategic Partnership Engagement organization at SAP. The role aims to provide enterprise exposure to key topics within our partner ecosystem, multicloud strategy, and to enable working directly with Hyperscaler Partners and key stakeholders for SAP Cloud LoBs.
As a Junior Project Associate, you will…
- Act as a strategic partner for our cloud solution areas and develop a detailed understanding of their infrastructure strategy, capacity availability and planning processes.
- Support the development of infrastructure planning solutions, reports and processes for new cloud platforms and new technologies
- Capture, prioritize and advocate for SAP LoB capacity requirements
- Steer the roadmap for Hyperscaler features, data assets and reports
- Drive strategic Hyperscaler initiatives in the Capacity Management area
- Collaborate closely with all major stakeholders from SAP Solution Areas, GCO as well as our Hyperscaler Partners AWS, Microsoft Azure and GCP
What you bring:
We’re looking for a highly-motivated individual with strong analytical, cloud and soft skills to drive critical topics around Cloud Infrastructure Strategy and Operations. A successful candidate is highly organized, with a strong focus on details, yet able to think outside the box to find creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Experience with and willingness to dive deeper on cloud infrastructure, AI and other technology topics (e.g. SAP PlusOne, AWS, GCP, MS Azure)
- Previous consulting experience, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to build strong relationships internally and with external partners
- Strategic thinking and the ability to solve complex problems with an analytical approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Very strong motivation
- Cloud, (e.g. GCP,AWS,MS Azure) and/or project management certifications are a plus

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 55,200 - 127,900 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
