Service Technician – Pest Control Professional

No experience? No problem! We provide paid training, licensing, and all the tools you need to build a successful career in pest management.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the hero for homes and businesses – Inspect, identify, and solve pest problems using industry-leading solutions.
• Educate customers – Build trust by explaining our services and providing expert recommendations.
• Drive sales through customer service – Upsell and cross-sell additional services to protect customers long-term.
• Work independently & take ownership – Manage your route, service appointments, and customer interactions.
• Stay active & work outdoors – Enjoy a dynamic workday with problem-solving and hands-on service.

What You Need to Qualify:

• Ability to pass a background check (we’re understanding—everyone makes mistakes)
• Clean driving record & valid license
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn , and reliable references

No prior pest control experience is required—just the drive to succeed!
