Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A School Psychologist is needed to provide specialized psychological services for an elementary school setting in Lansdale, PA. This leave contract position offers a chance to support an elementary caseload of 30-50 students, delivering assessments and interventions to meet diverse student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement intervention plans based on assessment findings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to monitor student progress
- Maintain documentation and compliance with state regulations and school policies
- Support Early Intervention services starting January through June (potential extension beyond the initial contract end date)
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Psychologist License
- Required clearances for working with children
- Experience working with elementary student populations preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 30-50 students
- Openness to hybrid work schedule with up to 3 days remote
Position Details:
- Contract duration: Immediate start October 31, with potential extension through December and Early Intervention work from January to June
- Schedule: 35 hours per week, 5 days per week
- Location: Lansdale, PA, Elementary School setting
