Dental Hygienist
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Pittsburgh, PA
We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our private practice in Pittsburgh, PA (15237). Our office values collaboration, patient-centered care, and a healthy work environment where systems are in place to support you and prevent burnout. Schedule
- Monday 10–6, Tuesday 9–5, Wednesday & Thursday 7–3, Friday 9–1
- Arrive 30 minutes early for prep and team huddles
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide patient care including prophies, SRP, perio charting, and follow-up.
- Capture photos and take x-rays using Dexis.
- Perform sterilization and maintain infection control standards.
- Collaborate as a team player with the doctor, assistants, and admin staff.
- Use EMS Airflow system for hygiene procedures (training provided).
- Document care accurately using Open Dental, Dental Intel, Dexis, and Florida Probe.
Requirements
- Active PA RDH license (required).
- Strong communication skills and willingness to grow and learn.
- Team player and “culture keeper” mindset.
- Detail-oriented with commitment to patient care and office systems.
