Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role supports daily production activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is responsible for ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.
Job Description
- Support daily manufacturing and production operations to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
- Follow established operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Assist with material handling, production processes, packaging, and related manufacturing activities.
- Monitor production processes and report any quality, equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Accurately complete production documentation and records as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
- Follow verbal and written instructions carefully and perform assigned tasks efficiently.
- Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Shift: 1st shift hours (6am-2pm) with overtime bas ed on downtime conditions
Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math proficiency, including the ability to work with percentages and perform routine calculations.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a manufacturing setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial experience.
- Forklift operation experience or certification.
- Experience working in environments with established quality and safety standards.
Education
- Hi ghschool diploma or GED
Salary
- $21 per ho ur (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
