We’re Hiring!
Are you an experienced forklift operator with strong leadership skills? We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual who can not only safely operate a forklift but also serve as a Line Lead —overseeing production lines, assisting with workflow, and supporting the team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to move materials and products safely and efficiently.
- Lead and motivate a production line team to meet daily goals and maintain productivity.
- Monitor line production for quality and accuracy.
- Assist in training new team members and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
- Support general warehouse and production tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments.
Requirements:
- Forklift operating experience .
- Prior experience as a line lead, team lead, or in a leadership role in a production or warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Dependable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass any required background or drug screenings.
