Scaringi Law is a full-service law firm with a long and proud tradition of providing high-quality legal services to its clients. Our attorneys have considerable responsibility and flexibility. They are supported by well-educated, trained, and hard-working paralegal and administrative support staff. The Firm runs the business so that the attorneys are free to practice law.

We seek an Associate Attorney for several practice areas: (1) Employment Law and Civil/Commercial Litigation; (2) Business, Tax, Estate Planning, and Estates; (3) Family Law; (4) Liquor Law, Licensing, Administrative Law; and (5) Criminal Defense in our Harrisburg Office. Our busy practice requires an additional attorney to service our demanding caseload. The candidate must have experience in these practice areas, strong courtroom skills, and be able to hit the ground running.

Pay: Commission: 35% - 40% of collections plus 7% of collections generated by the attorney on matters originated by the attorney and 15%, 20%, or 25% (depending upon the length of employment) of collections generated by other attorneys in the firm but originated by the attorney.
