Road Runner Equipment designs and manufactures high-quality skid steer attachments, cutting edges, and related equipment for customers in the construction, agriculture, landscaping, and industrial markets. What You'll Do as a Welder/Fabricator

• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work orders
• Perform MIG welding on steel components and skid steer attachments
• Fabricate and assemble parts according to production specifications
• Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Support production schedules by completing work accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Cross-train in additional manufacturing functions, including robotic welding, assembly, shipping, and equipment operation

Our Ideal Welder/Fabricator

• Experienced Welder: Brings at least 1 year of MIG welding experience along with basic fabrication and metalworking skills. Experience working with structural steel or heavy equipment components is a plus.
• Quality-Focused Contributor: Takes pride in craftsmanship, pays attention to detail, and consistently produces work that meets high manufacturing standards. Accurately reads and interprets blueprints, fabrication drawings, and production specifications to complete quality work
• Mechanically Inclined: Comfortable working with tools, fabrication equipment, machinery, and hands-on manufacturing processes, with experience operating fabrication equipment being a plus
• Reliable & Hardworking: Demonstrates dependable attendance, works independently and as part of a team, enjoys hands-on work, and can safely perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50+ pounds
• Growth-Minded Learner: Eager to learn new manufacturing skills, including robotic welding, and embraces opportunities for cross-training and professional development
• Positive Team Player: Brings a humble attitude, communicates respectfully, and contributes to a positive, team-oriented work environment

• $25–$35/hour based on experience
• Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonus
