Northern PA - 8s or 10s, Regionals, No Call & Bonuses up to $175K
This northern Pennsylvania CRNA position is ideal if you want real work–life balance without sacrificing your long-term financial upside. Enjoy a true daytime schedule with your choice of 8- or 10-hour shifts , and absolutely no call and no weekends . On top of that, you’ll have access to optional overtime and a large six-figure bonus program over time, giving you genuine control over how much you earn.
You’ll work in a community-focused hospital where CRNAs practice with meaningful autonomy. The case mix is a comfortable blend of bread-and-butter specialties, and OB-GYN—with the option to perform lines and regionals if you enjoy that scope.
Outside of work, northern Pennsylvania offers a peaceful, nature-focused lifestyle. You’ll be close to state parks, rivers, and wooded trails, with four-season recreation that includes hiking, kayaking, fishing, and dark-sky stargazing.
