Team Dynamic: Individual contributor advises managers, engineers, and product owners across all aspects of mainframe hardware and software. Roles and Responsibilities: Architect and communicate the high availability configuration for the mainframe, all of the change management and testing required. Communicate and coordinate schedule, roadmap and deployment. Must Have Technical Skills: • Mainframe Design • Mainframe Workload Placement • Mainframe Networking • Mainframe Application Design Flex Skills: •PowerPoint Soft Skills: • Written and Verbal Communication • Presentations • PowerPoint • Project management • Time management
