Sales Representative (Full-Cycle) for AEC Software

Required Skills and Experience
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
- 1-3 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), infrastructure, or related project-based industries.
- Experience using CRM tools to track engagement with prospects and clients.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Willingness to travel up to 33% of the time.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong drive to succeed.
- Based in the Philadelphia, PA area.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with prospective clients to create and drive new sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns, including warm calling, cold calling, email outreach, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings.
- Represent Dlubal at trade shows, exhibitions, and relevant conferences to showcase our software solutions.
- Use prospecting tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the features and benefits of our software.
- Work closely with technical teams to arrange tailored product demonstrations for clients.
- Manage follow-ups with qualified leads, ensuring a positive and persistent approach
- Oversee the complete sales process from initial contact through negotiation to close.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
