Summer Intern?-Product Management

What does a successful Product Management Analyst do? ?A successful Product Management Analyst at Fiserv assists in the development and management of products. This role offers practical experience in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and working with cross-functional teams.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure product success

• Assist in product development and management activities.

• Help with documentation and reporting of product performance.

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX, Sales, and Customer Success

• Help with documentation and reporting of product performance.

• Support creation and refinement of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Participate in roadmap planning, backlog grooming, and sprint ceremonies

What you will need to have:

• Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree completed in December 2024 or after in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Management

• 3.0+ GPA

• 0-2 years of professional work experience

What would be great to have:

• Previous internship experience.

• Majors such as Business, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Aha!, Azure DevOps, or Trello

• Ability to break down complex problems and translate data into actionable insights

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of staff and leaders.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Important info about this role:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

• You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
