Automotive Office Manager
We are looking to hire a Part-Time Automotive Office Manager:
- Must have experience in the Automotive sector.
- The Office Manager is responsible for exercising sound judgment regarding the dealership’s overall financial and office workflow.
- The Office Manager is the key dealership employee for managing accounting tasks and related policies and procedures at the dealership.
- perform weekly payroll and submit to third party for processing.
- The Office Manager is responsible for processing sales paperwork and ensures compliance with other financial activities and projects including Taxes, human resources, Bank payoffs, and familiarity with schedules and journals.
- Must have experience in the Automotive sector.
- Experience of office environment is necessary for this position.
- Flexible hours, 3 to 4 days per week.
