Your role as a Civil EngineerAs a new Civil Engineer at Gilmore and Associates, you'll start your day by collaborating with project managers to outline project goals and timelines. You'll engage in the design and analysis of engineering plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Daily tasks will include conducting site visits to gather data and assess conditions, as well as preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. You'll also participate in brainstorming sessions with your team to develop innovative solutions to engineering challenges. Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related area
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification or Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania
1+ years of experience in civil engineering, in areas such as water resource/water wastewater, land Design, municipal or transportation.
