Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our sales team in the Western Pennsylvania/Northern West Virginia Territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base, developing strong relationships with key accounts, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory. Ideal candidate must be familiar with the Construction/Manufacturing industries with a keen sense of how to navigate the relationships from manufacturer to end user.

Sales Territory: Western Pennsylvania & Northern West Virginia

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributor and end user customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Present and promote WilCom Associates' principal manufacturer products and services to current and prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and sales team training with rapid and accurate follow-up.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the WilCom Associates team to ensure a “Team” approach to our business.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, customer updates, large upcoming projects, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to navigate a construction site, warehouse or manufacturing facility.
• Ability to work with tools and industrial equipment.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• You must be able to travel within and outside the assigned territory.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
