Whether you are looking for a reliable full-time career or a steady part-time position, we want to hear from you. In this dual role, you will be the face and voice of our company, handling day-to-day office tasks and supporting our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Provide customer support by replying to emails and processing orders using our ERP (Sage100)
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Support general office operations and communication between departments
- Maintain office organization
- Assist management with administrative projects as needed
- Experience: 12 years of experience in an office administration, receptionist, or customer service role (experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus but not required).
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, a professional phone demeanor, and high attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and email. Willingness to learn our order management software (Sage100).
- Reliability: A self-starter who thrives in a quiet, productive office environment and can work independently.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Local: Must have reliable transportation to our Warminster facility.
