The Role
You will work with our project managers and carpenters to deliver high quality residential remodels. This role has a clear growth path to Project Manager for the right person.
What you will do
- Perform daily carpentry tasks: demo, layout, framing, sheathing, windows and doors, exterior trim and siding, interior trim, cabinetry, hardware, finishes, punch
- Keep the jobsite clean, safe, and organized
- Read plans and follow daily and weekly work plans
- Coordinate with subs and deliveries as needed
- Use JobTread and Google Workspace for time, photos, and documentation
What you bring
- 3+ years in residential carpentry, 5+ preferred
- Precision in layout, measurement, and finish work
- Professional communication and reliable follow-through
- Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic tool set
Nice to have
- Experience with historic homes, kitchens and baths, additions, decks and porches
- EPA RRP, OSHA 10 or 30, first aid or CPR
