General Dentist
Our office is a high-performing, PPO-only dental practice located in Lock Haven, PA, and we are seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced dentists and motivated new graduates who are eager to step into a well-established, fully equipped environment that supports autonomy and professional development.
Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:
- Conditionally PPO (no Medicaid)
- General care including crowns/bridge, perio, endo, removable, implants, cosmetic
- Digital X-rays, modern equipment.
- 1 Solo provider on site currently
- $180K/month per provider ($2.2M annually)
- Primarily Adults, some Pediatric care (family dentistry)
Compensation & Benefits for the Dentist:
- Tiered % of collections up to 40%
- On-site mentorship and CE provided
Schedule of the Dentist:
- Monday – Friday (8:00-5:00)
- No evenings, weekends, on-call
