Infrastructure Design Coordinator

The Infrastructure Design Coordinator is responsible for designing, modifying, and optimizing building infrastructure layouts to support A/V systems, telecommunications, IoT devices, and network connectivity. This role collaborates cross-functionally to ensure space planning designs are functional, efficient, and aligned with organizational infrastructure and workplace solutions goals. Duties:
- Develop and modify floorplans to support A/V systems, video conferencing, IoT devices, and network drops
- Apply knowledge of building infrastructure, construction processes, and architectural drawings to design efforts
- Identify design issues and propose effective solutions within space optimization and utilization projects
- Participate in space design and planning meetings, providing input and technical guidance
- Serve as a liaison between Workplace Solutions management and cross-functional teams
- Utilize Bluebeam Revu and other design software to create and update infrastructure layouts
- Coordinate with real estate teams, contractors, vendors, and lessors involved in design and construction efforts
- Collaborate with Enterprise Telecom, Network Operations, and Video Conferencing teams to ensure infrastructure alignment
- 2+ years of experience with building infrastructure, construction processes, and interpreting architectural drawings
- 2+ years of experience applying problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions within space planning designs
- 2+ years of proficiency using Bluebeam Revu and related design software
- 2+ years of experience designing and modifying floorplans for A/V, telecom, IoT, and network infrastructure
